Returns policy; you can return an item if you are not happy with the quality or workmanship of that item, or if you need to exchange the item for a different item, or you bought the wrong item. All returns must be unused and in resell-able condition, and you must have an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number with all returned items and a restocking fee may apply. To obtain authorization you can email us at (service@univparts.com) and you must have the Invoice # from your receipt. Universal Parts cannot refund shipping on returned items unless the item was defective or you received a different item than what you bought.
