Item # DS1000BLBrand New Alumi-Tech aluminum shroud with dual 14" SPAL Brushless 500 watt electric fans. These new SPAL 500 Watt brushless motors are the king of the cooling world. The benefits of these are that the cfm does not drop off while trying to pull through the stack (radiator, charge air cooler, a/c condenser, oil cooler). Included in this bolt in setup is the variable speed controller and all the wiring. With a variable speed controller the fans do not need to be pulling 100% if not needed. The speed ramps up or down with the temp of the engine.
The shroud is built out of 16 guage aluminum and TIG welded. We notched the drivers side to allow for clearance on the steering box. The black flaps allow for natural airflow at highway speeds to eliminate cavitation.
