Universal Parts Inc. warrants all items to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. All items ship Fed Ex ground with adequate insurance at no extra charge.
Returns policy; you can return an item if you are not happy with the quality or workmanship of that item, or if you need to exchange the item for a different item.
All returns must have prior autorization from Universal Parts Inc. To obtain authorization you can email us at service@univparts.com and you must have the Invoice # from your receipt. Universal Parts cannot refund shipping on returned items unless the item was defective or you received a different item than what you bought. All aluminum radiators being returned or exchanged for a different size are subject to a $20 reboxing and restocking fee.
